Add to debugging document #62

There are a couple of things that would improve the debugging document:

[x] Intervention visualisations
- Couple of intervention scenarios, can be quite simple but need to illustrate that interventions aren't acting crazy
[x] Baseline plots
- [x] Survival curve
- [x] Chron Disease prevalence
[x] AgeUK external validation
