Write some additional chunks in the R Notebook for comparing the AgeUK Almanac data from 2014 with FEM outputs for 2014.

As the data is from 2014, comparing a baseline simulation starting in 2012 might not be the best. As well as comparing that version, we should also start the simulation at least a few waves earlier, when all the FEM variables that we want are included, so we can see how well we do when simulating for more than 1 wave.

[ ] Write chunk for validating when starting simulation earlier
- Need to find the earliest point when all the important vars are included
- [ ] Build another stock population to start from this year
