Extend simulation horizon so it runs for at least 70 years #65

Maximum age a simulant can reach is 120, so after maximum 70 years of simulation everyone will have died. This is important for when we validate our mortality rate, and is a very easy fix.

Not actually such an easy fix, but not terribly difficult. To extend the simulation horizon, we need mortality adjustment data to cover the extension (currently the mortality adjustment only runs until 2068). This should mean a fairly simple extrapolation but will need to be plotted and properly checked before including.
