Calculated BMI for wave 9 using the newly measured wave 9 weight and wave 8 height information. Have emailed Bryan to make sure this is OK. Height shouldn't change significantly between waves but might be better to extrapolate and create a new wave 9 height variable instead of just holding values forward.
