Plan and create an R Notebook for the loneliness/social isolation paper #95

Needs a couple of sections.

Sample information

Generate a table of summary stats on the sample. Demographics (age, bmi, gender etc.), married/cohabiting %, loneliness score, social isolation index, risk behaviours (smoking, alcohol frequency, physical inactivity), mental conditions (depression, any more?), chronic diseases (hypertension, cardiovascular, diabetes, cancer, more?). Maybe also include high cholesterol?

A decent output for this section would be a latex table generated directly from the Rscript that I can just copy and paste into the overleaf doc (because tables in latex are a pain to produce manually). Some of the code for this section can be lifted straight from scripts used on other projects (like recent alcohol work).

Results

Focusing on three outcomes for the results, but could also think about a couple of other indicators that are interesting. For one, I think social isolation in elderly people is linked to dementia due to lack of social contact, so could be an interesting thing to focus on.

The three main outcomes though are life years, disease-free life years and disability-free life years.

More will be required that I can't think of right now, so can edit this section as and when.

Merge issue #105 with this one, place in the same R Script.

Also issue #96 can fit nicely in the results section here.
