Add additional Web Annotation terms #58

@eslao Should we have oa:SpecificResource, oa:TextualBody, and oa:hasPurpose in the target file? These are included in the recommendation doc but are not in the file.

TextualBody and SpecificResource actually are in the oa target file. I've added oa:hasPurpose.
