Download latest BF2 specification and merge into target files #7

  1. Include BF2 versions of terms in the updates file.
  2. For terms in updates file not defined in BF2, add to bibx extension
  3. Delete bibframe updates file
  4. Delete bibframe-2016 file from both reference and target directories.
