Precedes/follows not needed on title form #205

Title Form is mostly working. Just need to remove the precedes/follows directlyPrecedes/directlyFollows properties. Would be more legible if the form followed the order here https://github.com/LD4P/arm/blob/develop/application_profiles/raremat_monograph/shacl/raremat_monograph_form.ttl#L2435, but that's secondary.

The sequence properties are coming from the ontology file domains. I'll remove these assertions for the ontology files for the purposes of the app.
