Binding needs to be listed in physical description property group #233

Per Steven's comment: Needs to be listed in the Physical Description Property Group on both Instance and Item; currently only in View all. Unclear why a part of a binding is listed as other enclosure in the list view of the Item after saving the binding (see: http://ld4p-vitro-columbia.library.cornell.edu/display/n330).

The SHACL URI for the property group for binding (as well as enclosure) did not match the URI for the physical description property group (the namespace was incorrect). Updating the shacl locally and then retranslating into property groups fixed this.
