make small github pages home page? #7

Per our last meeting, I enabled GitHub pages for the repository so that we can display the HTML formatted version of the survey results.

I did the minimal change necessary, which was just to enable GH Pages on the master branch, and the root of the repository.

The survey output can therefore now be viewed via https://ld4lt.github.io/linguistic-annotation/apps/parse%20survey.xsl-output.html

But the root of the repository doesn't have an index.html page, so you get a 404 not found if you access just https://ld4lt.github.io/linguistic-annotation/

I'm not sure if we care about that, but maybe it would be a good idea to have just a small index.html page with a description of the repository (it could just be basically what's in the README) ? We might also consider renaming the HTML output file to something a little more descriptive. Let me know if you'd like me to make those changes.

Looks good to me. The index html page is a good suggestion but I'll leave it to others. For my part, the output html location and name was provisional (as was the CSS itself), until there was a better sense about the direction revisions should take.
