updating process : why eta_sum?? #119

image the original updating process was shown in the paper: A Theoretical and Practical Implementation Tutorial on Topic Modeling and Gibbs Sampling

but I found the implementation like this: image can somebody tell me why there exits eta_sum instead of \beta* W in the paper???????
