Auto save ram/state is not auto #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto Settings-> Saving and loading
2. For the "Auto Save" setting, pick both
3. Now pick a game that has high scores but no ram saves (like galaga) or a 
game that has saves (like zelda)
4. Now press Home button on the wiimote and a screen pops up asking if you want 
to save ram and state.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect when I quit the game by pressing home button or choosing another game, 
the emulator will auto save the state/ram. Instead I see a confirmation about 
saving.

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows?
Not sure.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
I am using version 3.2.5 on Wii.

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
