Project Admins/Project Editors viewing their projects #171

Project Admins and Project Editors should have a way to view what Projects they are either Admins or Editors of.

related to new dashboard items and how a user can tell if they can administer or edit a project. Consider showing their project role. Check the number of items listed.

  1. My Projects needs to page.
  2. Display project role on the project listing
