Topic from team meetings: Giving users ability to filter searches to projects with data they can use (vs. projects without datasets or projects with embargoed data)

Add a calculated index field that shows whether the project has datasets.

What's useful for repositories and further research. Researchers may want to know these things when the API is developed. It's useful when users are searching for broad terms and want to know if there are datasets attached.
