Update LDC version to v1.1.1-beta1 #16

This beta is a trial of the upstream fix to ensure position-independent code. The snap grade has been returned to devel to ensure that this cannot be uploaded to a candidate or release channel until the final v1.1.1 release is available.

Fixes ldc-developers/ldc2.snap#15.

@klickverbot @JohanEngelen FYI I've tested this on Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04, 16.10 and 17.04 and it works fine on all of them (apart from the two 14.04 issues with LTO and zlib, which I think are orthogonal to the question of whether the 1.1.1 release should go out).
