Two changes need to be made:

the section on libedit should be removed for all versions from 1.15 on, as it is no longer included in the package
LLVM v9.0.0 and later is released under the Apache License 2.0 (although it seems to include the NCSA license as well, perhaps because that still applies to older code). This also needs updating upstream!

This has been addressed in all released versions of the package.
