Is it possible to retitle this issue? Its not very clear. I'm guessing this 
issue relates to first characters not being recognized. Here is a further 
example, hover over the word 真偽。

This is the most prominent bug I've found in Rikaikun over several months 
usage. Otherwise a life saving plug-in.
