Option page unusable #43

As of Chrome 4.1.249.1064 (45376) the options page is completely unusable, 
thus dictionary cannot be loaded.

Duplicate, I know the options is terrible which is why it's already there.

I'm not saying terrible, I'm saying INACCESSIBLE. I cannot access the options 
at all.
