Bump z-index to improve compability with other extensions #48

If you bump z-index of content from 7777 to 99992 (the same as for Google
Dictionary (by Google)
the it will probably be more compatible with other extensions eg EasyReader
(https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/boamfheepdiallipiieadpmnklbhadhc)
since the content should always be on top of other content...

Couldn't hurt to make it higher?

Of course, people can just make there's 99993, so it seems hopeless.

But if it seems like that number is better for compatibility then I don't have
a problem bumping up the number.

I know it's just an arbitrary number, I just fixed my extension (EasyReader) to
work with Google Dictionary by choosing a z-index just below theirs. I had in
mind to choose a number below yours as well but then it would be so much
smaller... and I didn't dare since my content also should be above all other
but below some, tricky

I increased the zindex to 99992 in r47. It will be pushed this week sometime.
