Update benchmarks for OWCs #2

The pesticides benchmarks for the 2016 data set have some values for chemicals in the OWC data set that are currently not included (DEET for sure, maybe more). Need to update this before finalizing figure 1. @ldecicco-USGS @srcorsi-USGS
