need to verify mixtures part of this script is working properly: fig4_data_summaries_for_manuscript.

revise dataframe going into thorough mixtures analysis to only include samples with EARsumAOP > 0.001, and AOP relevance

revised datafram for EARsumAOP > 0.001. Now need to find samples with mixture chemicals, and determine EARsums for those samples to determine which to use for AOP networks. 2, 3, and 4 chem mixtures will be relevant.

Add in boxplots of the individual chemical contributions to the mixture boxplots. e.g. 3,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate has pretty small EARs, but > 1% at ~9 sites.

In the upper right corner of the issues, there's an option "Assignees"...can you assign this to either me or you...depending on if you are writing this to have me do it vs just reminding yourself
