SI Figure 6 revision #35

For SI fig 6, the Heat map with AOP ID on Y-axis and sites on X-axis, I have added an AO short name to the file SI_6_AOP_relevance With Short AOP name.xlsx. Use these to add Adverse Outcome categories on the right hand side of the heat map. @ldecicco-USGS

Looks good. This is the style we want. A few minor changes:

  1. It looks like I spelled "Adverse effects" incorrectly (top category).
  2. For the NA category, change text to "Not environmentally relevant"
  3. For the NA AOP (left axis), change this to a separate category and name it "AOP not defined". On the left axis, change "NA" to "None". @ldecicco-USGS

This looks good. Order the categories with all relevant ones first, then Not environmentally relevant then AOP not defined,
