correct cayman title issue with #4

follow instructions here to correct the title issue.

(only if we think Cayman is a nicer theme than the others, the problem doesnt seem to affect the Midnight theme for example.)

I followed the instructions here and it works are expected.

https://github.com/ldeo-glaciology/ITGC-field-doc/commit/694c6c43db017aac2d3d8ca9e22e7b3e52651ad9 added the new default.html file, and after a few minutes it updated and started using the correct title.
