add NB for putting MEASURES data in the google bucket #7

In the ice flow chapter I want to add in a page which shows and demonstrates the general pattern of ice flow in Antarctica.

I am going to use the MEASURES dataset . I will load it from a zarr, which is stored in our google bucket/

For completeness, I want to include a NB explaining how the data are added to the bucket from the original source at NSIDC.
