Uploaded winter 2022/23 greenland data + tutorial notebook #26

Not many changes here to the main structural code, just some changes within notebooks. Using as indicator that data has been updated

@jkingslake the latest commit to this pull request includes the vels_compare notebook that compares our greenland results with those generated with Irena's scripts. ronne_test does pretty much the same step but with the Ronne data provided by Irena (to be uploaded later). There's also a strain_rate_steps notebook that shows the initial efforts at getting strain rates from our data.

Hi @glugeorge its not clear to me from looking at this where the merge is from. It just says master on to master. Did you make the changes in your own fork?

Yeah, these are changes from my fork onto this one. My fork though is based on the latest commits to this repository though.
