Teleporting is ugly and I don't like it, could do the sm builtin SetEntityCollisionGroup and be limited to sm1.11 or you could roll your own with gamedata, lmk if you want me to do that

^ wrong. This is some weird wacky bug, changing collision flags or solidflags has no effect, so yeeting them really is the best solution.

Fully tested on my own server, works perfectly.

@ldesgoui this is ready for a review
