Add split lines option to DumperOptions to allow line splitting to be disabled

I've pushed the additional unit tests to my cloned repository here:

It is also attached as a patch on top of my previous changes.

This should complete line coverage in Emitter for changes introduced by split 
lines. Please let me know if I missed anything!

The change is taken from the repo.
One deviation:
Emitter was changed to remove one occurrence of 'splitLines' because it was 
related to complex keys: when a key is itself a map. Since this is not an issue 
for Java (Map does not implement Comparable) I have removed the check.
Please review the change. If it is Ok for you it will be released.
