Configuration-specific RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY set #200

A lot of C++ IDEs set configuration-specific properties to i.e. ${CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR}/bin. That allows the tool to work with the most common configurations no matter what IDE will set by default.
