Integration with OSF #2

Although this database was uploaded onto GitHub purely as a temporary fix during a technical outage, we have since realized the value of GitHub's issue tracking function. As such, our repository on OSF will be replaced with that on GitHub, while maintaining access on OSF. This will help us keep updates consistent.

The GitHub repository is now connected to OSF. From here on the GitHub version will be canonical and kept up to date. The repository is also renamed to reflect this change.
