Bug: The "Floating button" hides the bottom / first measurements button hiding measurements

It's bad because ... it's the user first impression of the app ;-(.

Suggestion: display button in "a blank bottom line" (with very short text like nb of mesurements), see in an other app like here in NextCloud good floating button

Please do not considere this issue yet ! I have just seen the new behaviour of the "plus" button => standby

I confirm new behavior fixed this issue and now it should be used in "watches list" screen, see #4.
