Date of measure: DATE should always be displayed with the same FORMAT #14

In the below screenshot date should be displayed 08/07/2018 date format 2 - new - not ok

=> yet 0 are missing for day and month.

Date display depends on Android version (under Android 8.0 it looks like date is always displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format which is good).

Tom won't fixed this because it's a detail.
