The same CUPS but a different contract owner led to a login issue. Integration worked well for more than a year before the contract change.

Reinstalled integration
Checked the advanced profile is activated at i-de
Used login credentials that work well with the iOS app of I-DE
I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and then it finally worked with the same new credentials. I have no idea why, but I am happy that it works. Thanks for making this nice add-on available.
