LD19开发SDK和并请求 #2

将SDK分为两版,PC和SBC,PC版适合没有串口的设备,SBC(Single Board Computer)适合有原生串口的设备(树莓派)。

在根目录下的README介绍了两版区别和选择方法. PC和SBC版本的文件夹下又分别有相应的中英文README进行详细介绍。
