Hide secrets #2

this is a wonderful project

I have suggested a change to hide the secrets (OWM_KEY, OWM_LAT, and OWM_LON) in a file secrets.py. I have clarified how to set up the project and added such lines to makeenv.sh and makeenv.bat

thank you for making this project. I like it a lot.
