sudo python setup.py install returns an error #61

Installing ldtp script to /usr/bin

Installed /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ldtp-3.5.1-py2.7.egg Processing dependencies for ldtp==3.5.1 Searching for twisted Reading https://pypi.python.org/simple/twisted/ Couldn't find index page for 'twisted' (maybe misspelled?) Scanning index of all packages (this may take a while) Reading https://pypi.python.org/simple/ No local packages or download links found for twisted error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('twisted')

So I looked around on the internet and finally installed twisted but still the same error. Anyone has an idea?
