For translation #267

How do I contribute to translate for Domum Ornamentum? Since it is not in Crowdin and cannot provide translations to Git(there is not in src/main/resources...), the only way is to rely on the resource pack now. I think it is an issue that is required mods for Minecolonies but cannot be translated (or not integrated).
