Updated all building GUI images #990

Changes proposed:

Freshly generated images for all building GUIs
Workers will list the effect as a tooltip on their primary and secondary skills
Buildings will now list their research as part of the infobox, no more ugly headers
Added cache busters to all styles and scripts that are contained in the project, based on UNIX timestamp
Bunch of other minor fixes with the update

@anonymous563 Only file I'd like you to look at is the buildinginfo.yml, it contains some texts changed related to settings which I need you to check for content
