Add support for ultimate chat's discord intergration.

@Asherslab not in this case, I know you already hook into magibridge, but ultimate chat also has it's own jda, discord intergration. I was talking about hooking into that.

Main reason i suggested it is because I have run into so many issues with magibridge i decided to stop using it.

Ahhh, well @blacksythe sadly i won't be integrating into that. and honestly the magibridge integration is basically nothing other than "{user} joined group {rank}". I am however creating my own discord bridge / bot / api with help from the rest of the minecolonies guys, so i may in the future add support for that (not that that's what you're asking for)
