Missing:

[x] compiles :)
[x] dependencies not compiled
[x] game testing - almost done
- [x] pressing "Scans" in local pack takes ages to load?
- [x] test no blueprints instance survive server switch (both single/multiplayer)
- [x] multiplayer not tested
[x] datagen?
[ ] branch swap

TODO:

[x] rewrite ScanToolData from scratch to align with data comps? or revert to nbt?
[x] rendering of solid placeholders needs fixing
