No

Feature description

Separate the building process into different steps:

Clearing the build area
Scaffolding
Actually building There would be storage at the build site to hold needed materials. The clearer and scaffolder could be entirely new jobs (getting done by the builder if they didn't exist in this colony yet), or builder modes.

As an alternate option, possibly have Builders have a toggle where you can give them scaffolding and if they get stuck on geometry while building they can place it to get back up and down in the meanwhile?
