No

Add things about politics as:

Unite different colonies in one country.
To make a colonies independent from a country
More government buildings (apart from the town hall) as embassies or parliaments for a country or for a international alliance.
Improve and add features about alliances, allies, enemies and international wars.
Profession of politician to make social and cultural improvements as well as in the university.
Taxis and buses (post-game) or horses, donkeys, mules and llamas (early-game) to move citizens to different neighborhoods.
Trucks and trailers (post game) or horse carts (early game) to transport resources to different colonies.

The most part of this features are for post-game, but I think it could be interesting for servers.
