Suggestion: Citizen Sleep Tracker

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I was thinking a tracker for citizens, perhaps like a scroll or something that will gighlight all non guards who are not in bed. during the day this item would be pointless as it would highlight all citizens, but at night (perhaps 3-6 minute duration) it will be more effective as you will see citizen highlights going out. this would be useful for finding which citizens are not going to bed and you can then find out the probable cause and fix it.

I was going to suggest this but as part of the Town Hall information. The Citizens tab already lets you look at some information about each citizen; if it had a status (working/sleeping/hungry/sick/mournig/idle/etc.) as well, so you could see who wasn't sleeping, that would be great.

I had a similar suggestion. But was thinking that possibly a good way to implement this would be a feature similar to the Barracks "Hire Spies" option but as an option for the Town Hall block. Call it "Cerfew". Perhaps costing a few gold ingots or nuggets to add the spectral effect to any colonist not in bed 1 min after colonists head to bed.
