Clipboard and Resource Scroll overhaul

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, Clipboard does not show where the original request is coming from, and what is being done currently. Resource scroll must be created for each of the builder.

Feature description

Implement a All-in-One scroll that will incorporate everything in one, with tabs. It can be called a Colony Scroll.

-We can select builders with tabs and see their progress or item request -The main tab would be all the request coming in, with a tab to click and see where it originates from (something like what you see when you request a craftable item from a building using the Postbox) -See the total number as per what you see in the Town hall, with additional information showing how many jobs are available in total and how many beds are available in the colony. -Can request items which is link to the postbox (shift-right click) using this scroll. -Can also check how many item stacks are in the current Warehouse

This was refused, unless it was static and only updated when you shift right-clicked on the warehouse block (for example).

In my experience, a works' clipboard contains multiple sheets with various documents and check-lists - it would make perfect sense to me to enhance the existing clipboard with the functionality of the Resource Scrolls as separate "pages". Inventory Management would thank you! I'm not sure all these features would be possible or even would cause more confusion than benefit in some cases, but it would certainly be super helpful to have just one piece of mobile reference for requests and reference to Town Hall info.

+1 for this another thought was midbie putting the resource scrolls in a binder("Builders Binder") and let me flip through the different resource scrolls i have like a book. though i like the overhaled clipboard that i could add my resource scrolls to better.

I'd honestly love to see even more tabs on this binder - e.g. with the full current list of requests, and which courier is working on it. Overall, I love the idea!
