Builders should remove tools from their inventory when constructing buildings

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Builders always keep their tools with them for no real reason, when a builder first has to clear out the land they bring 1-4 tools with them to do the job, however once they are done with this they always keep the tools on them, this causes them to have to go back and forth more often because there's 4 inventory slots which they can't put any items in, seeing as they already keep approximately a whole row open for items that they obtain during the construction, that only leaves about 1.5 rows of inventory space for them to work with.

Enhancement or Change description

Make it so that after the land preparation phase of a construction order the builders drop their tools off into their hut it's inventory so they are able to bring more items for the construction phase.
