[x] I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
[x] I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure that my issue is not covered there.
[x] I made sure that this change request is not a duplicate of any existing change request.
Context
Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
MineColonies Version: 0.14.174

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The forester keeps running out of saplings. Usually dark oak, but sometimes other kinds
Enhancement or Change description
A couple ideas to prevent this:
I know that "minimum stock" is already planned, which should help since otherwise saplings are collected to the warehouse
An option to request sapling types that are missing (besides the minimum stock feature) in case the warehouse has a type they don't
A setting to deliberately hoe all the leaves, instead of just whatever's needed to reach the trunk. Especially useful if combined with giving them a Fortune hoe.
Deliberately seeking out sapling items on the ground, for leaves that decay after the forester is done with the tree
Notes or related things
Some of this stuff is similar to #343, but I made this a separate issue because it's more focused on a specific problem, instead of general suggestions

Part of the issue seems to be that when they check the hut for saplings, they ignore the result of this check and don't actually grab the saplings in question
