Is your feature request related to a problem?

Feature description

Citizens should take shelter when there is a pillager raid nearby
Chief sword's levitating effect should also affect illager mobs.
Raider's bane should also affect pillagers

They should also spawn outside the colony I had 3 different raiding parties spawn recently in a house.
