Prerequisites

[x] I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
[x] I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure that my feature does not already exist.
[x] I made sure that this feature request is not a duplicate of any existing feature request.

Context

Minecraft Version: 1.18.1
MineColonies Version: 1.18

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Builder taking time to double check building.

Feature description

In order to inform the player of what the builder is doing, have the builder do any of the following

State in chat that it is double checking
Have a voice line when the player is near saying "Hold on, just double checking"
Have a status of "Double checking"
