Fill empty spaces left behind after mining ores

Is your feature request related to a problem?

After mining ores and then finishing the node, a dark empty space is left behind which eventually receives a noisy, and sometimes dangerous mob spawn.

Enhancement or Change description

For every ore block that is mined, the miner should fill that space with cobblestone or dirt.
