Feature description
Two (Maybe more for compat) new buildings, the Nether and End outposts. Have nether and (Probably something custom and very late game) end portals, and must also be built on other side. Allows Colonists to go between dimensions to an outpost of the colony, which allows the same colony in multiple dimensions.
Notes or related things
Could be hard on existing worlds, maybe make it part of a port update.
