Is your feature request related to a problem?

In reality, composting meats is more difficult than composting vegetable scraps. MineColonies doesn't reflect this.

Feature description

Add a level 3 research under "Technology" that teaches the composter to compost "hard-to-compost" things like bones, eggs, and meats.
